SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days (not including the day you ordered) sometimes sooner. Once orders have been processed and are ready to be shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email. Tracking activity will then become available within 24 hours.

 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

We take pride in customer service! To ensure efficiency, please review shipping information before completing all order. Once payments have been confirmed and completed, orders cannot be altered.

Once packages have been processed and tracking numbers provided by the Postal Service have been sent, Laced Without A Trace is no longer liable worshipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact mail carrier for further details and/or loss prevention.

Please do not schedule appointments with stylist until you have received your package to prevent cancellation due to unexpected delays that can occur.
